Accepted Methods of Payment:  We accept Paypal (using a confirmed shipping address only), Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Shipping Time:  All items ordered will be carefully packaged and shipped within 1 business day. Customers should expect their packages to arrive within 2-3 days.

Shipping Methods: To keep the cost of shipping as low as possible, we ship all items via USPS. Shipping costs are based on weight and location.

SHIPPING IS FREE ON ORDER OF $75.00 OR MORE.

Return Policy:  Customer satisfaction is our main goal.  We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if for any reason you are not satisfied with your items, return them in the same condition in which they were shipped, within 7 days and a full refund will be issued.

PLEASE NOTE that shipping cost will not be refunded and will be deducted from the total cost of the items returned.  We will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of OUR error.

Used Items: All used items are individually inspected and are in mint to excellent condition, with no stains, rips, holes or excessive wear and tear. All items are laundered and carefully packaged. If any items have any flaws, it will be noted.
